Who we are. Revora Studio is a web design practice based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. We are committed to processing personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013).

What we collect. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, business name, phone number, and the message you send. We do not collect any other personal information from this website.

Why we collect it. Solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss whether we can work together. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

Where it goes. Form submissions are sent via WhatsApp (or email as a fallback) directly to Revora Studio. Your information is not stored on this website, not added to a CRM, and not shared with any third party.

How long we keep it. We retain enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months in case you want to pick a conversation back up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights. Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Message us on WhatsApp at +27 73 084 8143 and we will action your request within 30 days.

Cookies. This website does not set any tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be added.
